Return Policy:
Items incorrectly ordered by the customer will be subject to a 15% restock fee, provided they are returned in new condition in the original packaging. If the product is not in resalable condition, a 25% restocking fee and a repair charge will apply. There is no refund on certification or shipping and handling charges. All items being returned to ABQ Industrial must have an RMA Number and be shipped prepaid by customer.All custom products are made to order, therefore we reserve the right of not accepting them back. No items will be accepted for return after (30) days from the date of purchase.
